Lead Bank is seeking a Risk Reporting and Innovation Manager to drive an AI-first approach for risk data, insights, and strategic objectives. The role centers on governance materials, cross-functional OKRs, and consolidating metrics into a single source of truth for leadership.

You will work with Risk, Compliance, and senior leadership to ensure timely, accurate reporting and an actionable strategic roadmap. This is a highly visible role requiring collaboration and initiative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk management, governance or reporting in banking/fintech.
• Experience building centralized reporting, KRIs/KPIs, executive dashboards.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI/visualization tools; knowledge of AI/automation.
• Strong communication to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of banking regulations and supervisory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-adoption strategy within Risk and drive dashboards and tools.
• Oversee warehousing of enterprise data for risk insights and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a capacity planning framework for risk teams.
• Own centralized OKR tracking and cross-functional reporting.
• Develop KPI reporting for monthly risk program overviews.
• Prioritize risk program initiatives with dependencies and resources.
• Build risk dashboards using automation and AI-native capabilities.
• Benchmark trends and translate findings into roadmap improvements.
• Prepare governance materials for risk committees with timely info.
• Coordinate with data stakeholders for examinations and audits.
• Travel occasionally to Lead locations as needed.
