Job summary

CSI Group's CSI Advisors division seeks a Director to oversee the full operational infrastructure, ensuring compliant, efficient experiences for members and Servicing Financial Advisors. The role requires building scalable workflows and partnering with Schwab as custodian.

You will lead back-office operations, onboarding, trading, billing, reconciliation, and cross-platform integrations, driving growth while maintaining risk controls and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of RIA or wealth management operations experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and custodial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Series 65/66, CFP®, or other relevant credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all RIA back-office operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and member experience.
• Oversee core processes: new accounts, ACATs/transfers, money movements, beneficiary updates, trading, billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Drive onboarding workflows for Servicing Financial Advisors and members; build scalable SOPs and controls.
• Ensure compliance with SEC/state regulations and strengthen risk management.
• Manage advisory technology platforms and vendor integrations (Schwab, Orion, Black Diamond, Envestnet, Salesforce).
• Lead and mentor Advisors and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, reliable workflows.
