Job summary

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in RIA operations or custodial environments; strong relationship management and problem-solving skills are essential, with a U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in RIA operations or custodial environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in advisory operations and platform support.

Responsibilities

• Advisor Enablement and Relationship Management: build relationships and guide advisors.
• Operational Expertise and Issue Resolution: provide timely, accurate support.
• Training and Knowledge Enablement: lead structured training and create SOPs.
• Continuous Improvement and Platform Feedback: translate feedback into improvements.
• Performance and Accountability: meet KPIs and support cross-functional projects.
