Concurrent is seeking an RIA Operations Consultant to support advisors on the Centralized Services platform in San Diego. You will train, enable, and coach advisory teams, driving operational efficiency and self-sufficiency while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, advisor onboarding, and continuous improvement across custodial platforms. Strong relationship management and platform expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five years in RIA operations, advisor support, or custodial environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in advisory operations and platform support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted operational partner to advisors and advisory teams, building relationships and understanding business needs.
• Provide hands-on support through tickets, calls, and advisor-facing interactions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead structured training initiatives and maintain SOPs, guides, and training materials.
• Identify recurring pain points and translate feedback into actionable workflow and training improvements.
• Meet KPIs for response time, issue resolution, and advisor satisfaction.
