Job summary

Concurrent’s RIA Operations Consultant role supports the Centralized Services platform, delivering hands-on support to advisors, training, and process improvements. This role partners with advisory teams to drive operational enablement and ensure smooth platform usage.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of RIA operations, custodial workflows, and strong relationship and training skills; tenure includes advising, onboarding, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing RIA environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in RIA operations, advisor support, or custodial environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in advisory operations, custodial workflows, and advisor platform support.

Responsibilities

• Advisor Enablement and Relationship Management: serve as a trusted operational partner to advisors and advisory teams.
• Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the platform by guiding advisors through systems and workflows.
• Promote advisor self-sufficiency by educating on centralized services and tools.
• Operational Expertise and Issue Resolution: provide expert support via ticketing, phone, and advisor interactions.
• Apply judgment to distinguish system issues, process gaps, and training opportunities.
• Training and Knowledge Enablement: lead structured training and maintain SOPs and guides.
• Continuous Improvement and Platform Feedback: translate feedback into workflow and system enhancements.
• Performance and Accountability: meet KPIs, participate in reporting, and contribute to projects.
