InvestX Capital Ltd. is seeking a driven Director, RIA Business Development to expand our Registered Investment Advisor distribution across the U.S.

This prospecting-first role emphasizes identifying target RIAs, cold outreach, and turning conversations into qualified meetings for the RIA team. You will work closely with the Head of RIA Business Development to build the top of the sales funnel, expanding InvestX's reach within the independent wealth management market.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales or business development experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
• Proven outbound prospecting and generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Comfortable prospecting and engaging new contacts daily.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new opportunities across US RIAs.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research target firms and identify key decision-makers.
• Secure qualified intro meetings and move opportunities forward.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate activity within the CRM.
• Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategy and targeted firms.
• Represent InvestX at industry events and advisor meetings.
