The Director of Capital Markets will be responsible for growing the firm's private wealth distribution network, with a particular focus on RIAs, family offices and wealth managers. This is a senior, highly autonomous position for an experienced capital raiser who brings an established network and can take ownership of relationships from origination through investment.

The Role

  • Raise capital for commercial real estate credit and lending strategies.
  • Build new relationships across the private wealth and financial advisor channels.
  • Present investment opportunities and articulate the firm's real estate credit strategy to investors and advisors.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and internal teams throughout the fundraising and investment process.
  • Maintain visibility across the capital pipeline, investor activity and allocations.
  • Represent the firm at relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

  • An established and active network that can be engaged upon joining.
  • Experience with commercial real estate debt and credit strategies, particularly bridge lending, construction lending or related products.
  • Strong knowledge of private placements and deal-by-deal investment structures.
