Job summary

Seerist is seeking a commercially driven, AI-fluent Director of Revenue Marketing to build a predictable new-logo pipeline spanning commercial and government markets. This leader will own the consolidated marketing and SDR pipeline, drive account-based programs, and guide a lean team with agency partners to turn engagement into revenue.

The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including digital acquisition, lifecycle programs, and collaboration with Sales and Revenue

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or security analytics.
• 3+ years owning demand generation or revenue marketing strategy.
• Experience leading integrated revenue programs and managing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and forecast Marketing and SDR-generated new-logo pipeline across commercial and government markets.
• Build integrated demand-generation and ABM programs around priority accounts and use cases.
• Lead paid and organic digital acquisition with agency partners and lifecycle marketing.
• Manage and develop a team including SDRs and lifecycle marketing roles.
• Partner with Revenue Operations on funnel definitions, attribution, and forecasting.
• Drive a scalable federal marketing motion with government leadership.
