Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
• Epic EMR leadership experience is expected.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide revenue integrity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern Revenue Integrity strategy, governance framework, and operating model.
• Monitor performance via dashboards, SLAs, and KPIs; manage projects and resources.
• Lead audits, remediation, and education to improve charging accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with executives, clinical, finance, and IT leaders to align priorities.
