Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center seeks a Director of Revenue Integrity to lead the program, oversee the CDM, charge capture, and audits, and ensure compliant reimbursement for hospital and professional services.

You will partner with Finance, HIM, Coding, and IT to maintain data integrity, identify revenue opportunities, and advise executives on regulatory changes affecting revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing revenue cycle or related operations.
• Experience with CDM management, charge capture, and auditing.
• Experience interpreting CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for the Revenue Integrity program and compliant billing practices.
• Collaborates with clinical, finance, informatics, coding, and compliance teams to translate services into billable charges.
• Develops and implements revenue integrity auditing programs and regulatory reviews.
• Analyzes denial trends, reimbursement variances, and payer activity for improvements.
• Leads investigations of revenue-related system issues and data integrity concerns.
• Develops metrics and reports for leadership to improve revenue capture and compliance.
