Job summary

Texas Health Hospital Rockwall seeks a Director of Revenue Integrity to provide strategic and operational leadership across charge capture governance, audits, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

You will lead teams, partner with finance, IT, and clinical departments, drive performance metrics, and build enterprise standards to prevent leakage and support continuous improvement in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience required.
• Or Master's Degree and 8 years experience preferred.
• Epic EMR experience with leadership of complex operational functions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue integrity governance, audit and compliance.
• Lead charge capture operations, audits, analytics, and education to improve performance.
• Establish enterprise standards for charge capture workflows, documentation, and education practices.
• Oversee audits, remediation plans, and escalation pathways for risk and compliance issues.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance net revenue realization and billing readiness.
