Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare seeks a senior leader to oversee Revenue Integrity across Hospital, Professional and Ancillary services. The role guides CDM maintenance, denial management, audits, and reconciliation to maximize net revenue.

You will drive KPI development, policy oversight, and a system-wide charge-review program while coordinating with Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical operations to ensure optimal financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive revenue cycle experience in a complex healthcare setting.
• Experience leading revenue integrity initiatives and analytics.
• Strong understanding of billing, coding, denials, and payer requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop KPIs, policies, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and implementation of KPIs for revenue integrity; drive action plans to meet targets.
• Develop and oversee policies, processes, tools, and educational materials for Revenue Integrity.
• Oversee Charge Review programs to minimize revenue leakage and ensure compliance with charging practices.
• Ensure CDM compliance with regulatory and payer requirements; establish charging/reconciliation methodologies.
• Monitor SLAs and coordinate with Revenue Cycle, IT, HR, and finance; report on performance.
