Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare is seeking a senior leader to devise and execute the strategic vision for system‑wide Revenue Integrity across hospital, professional and ancillary services. You will oversee CDM maintenance, charge capture, audit and denial management, and reimbursement strategies that protect revenue and ensure compliant charging practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
• 5–7 years in a complex healthcare org with advancing responsibilities.
• 3–5 years in supervisory/management roles.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collection, charging processes, and revenue cycle strategies.
• Thorough analytics, data synthesis, and forecasting across revenue integrity functions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPI development for revenue integrity functions and action plans when targets are missed.
• Develop and oversee policies, processes, tools, and educational materials for Revenue Integrity.
• Oversee system‑wide Charge Review program to minimize revenue leakage through audits and reviews.
• Ensure CDM compliance with regulatory and payer requirements and proper charging methods.
• Ensure policy adherence and quality assurance across Revenue Integrity employees.
• Identify process improvements in charge capture and lead design/implementation.
• Monitor SLAs between Revenue Integrity and related functions, ensuring proper queue management.
• Foster relationships with Revenue Cycle stakeholders and support departments.
• Develop and monitor reporting for audit, appeals outcomes, and denial management.
