Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and oversee revenue-generating Auxiliary Programs year round across Fay School’s campuses.
• Develop and manage the Auxiliary Programs budget.
• Administer program registration and billing.
• Hire and supervise Auxiliary Programs staff.
• Develop and oversee summer programs and ensure compliance with authorities.
• Develop after-school and vacation programs.
• Identify and coordniate rental opportunities for facilities and grounds.
• Manage student bus transportation program.
• Assess effectiveness of existing programs and viability of new ventures.
• Maintain relationships with Directors of Facilities, Athletics, Admissions, and Marketing.
• Support new business opportunities domestically and internationally.
• Promote a school culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
