Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.

• Experience with Google Mail and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and enhance year-round auxiliary programming (afterschool, vacation, summer) aligned with Kingsley’s mission.
• Manage budgeting, staffing costs, and financial procedures to maintain profitability and long-term sustainability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate personnel; participate in Professional Growth & Evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with CFO on space allocation and with Marketing Director on promotional materials.
• Deliver high-touch customer service to families and gather feedback to resolve concerns promptly.
