BASIS Independent Silicon Valley Upper School is seeking a Director of Auxiliary and Summer Programs to lead non‑academic activities such as clubs, sports, and summer programs, and to oversee events, yearbook production, and spirit gear procurement.

You will manage vendors, hire temporary staff for camps, coordinate catalogs and schedules, register students, process payments, and communicate weekly updates to families, while maintaining the program budget and driving revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with the Active platform.
• Experience with academic competitions such as USABO, AMC, Science Synopsys.
• Experience driving and hitting revenue targets.
• Possess superb organizational, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have a willingness to work as a team and cross-departmentally.
• Have a positive attitude and excitement for auxiliary programming!
• Have a growth mindset.
• Have the ability to multi-task.
• Have the ability to give presentations to students/families.
• Have experience working with elementary students.
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
