Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a senior retail media leader with extensive experience in strategy, omnichannel marketing, and ecommerce. You will drive integrated media plans with major retailers, align brand objectives with commercial goals, and optimize investment across platforms to deliver measurable ROI.

You will collaborate with Brand, eCommerce, and agency partners to translate priorities into actionable campaigns, using data to inform targeting and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in retail media, digital marketing, eCommerce, or integrated media roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing retail media strategies across major retail media networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated retail media strategies across key retail partners.
• Partner with Brand, eCommerce, and Customer Development teams to translate priorities into media plans.
• Manage media investment strategy and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage first‑party data and retailer data to inform audience strategies and personalization.
