Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Manager of Retail Workforce Planning to drive labor strategy for a multi-unit retail environment. You will own labor planning, forecasting, scheduling, and analytics, partnering with Finance, HR, and store leadership to optimize staffing, productivity, and profitability across locations.

The role requires 5+ years in labor planning with strong Excel and Dayforce/Kronos experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in labor modeling, labor planning, workforce analytics, and retail operations.
Experience managing labor budgets and workforce planning across multiple retail locations.
Strong Excel and data visualization skills for dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise labor models aligned to customer demand and workload.
Create forecasting models using sales trends, traffic, promotions, and seasonality.
Lead scheduling and staffing plans to maximize efficiency and cover needs.
Build dashboards and reports translating workforce data into actionable insights.
Partner with Retail Ops, Finance, HR, and store leadership to shape labor strategy.
