Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Manager, Retail Workforce Planning to own labor strategy, forecasting, and scheduling across a multi-unit retail environment. You will partner with Retail Ops, Finance, HR, and store leadership to build scalable models and reporting tools that drive productivity and profitability.

This on-site role in a fast-paced, growth-focused company requires 5+ years in labor analytics and a strong background in workforce management systems, including Dayforce and other leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in labor modeling, labor planning, workforce analytics, workforce management, and retail operations.
• Experience managing labor budgets and workforce planning across multiple retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise labor models aligning staffing with customer demand and operational workload.
• Forecast using sales trends, transaction volume, customer traffic patterns, promotional activity, and seasonality.
• Create labor allocation strategies and staffing plans supporting operational goals while maximizing efficiency.
• Establish store staffing profiles by volume and format; partner with Finance/Retail Ops to evolve labor standards.
• Lead workforce management using Dayforce and scheduling platforms; configure forecasting parameters and templates.
