  • Ensure confidentiality, client rights, safety, infection control, incident reporting.

The Director of the Resiliency Center is responsible for developing and overseeing crisis and community support operations in the Resiliency Center. The Director will oversee the administrative, clinical, and operational functions of the program including shift scheduling and management, coordinating program activities, and supervision of the staff. The Director will work to gather data and input from community members, guests, and clients to ensure that the needs are being met by the programming. Ideal candidate will possess strong skills in the following categories: leadership, program development, crisis management, communication and clinical. The director will be heavily involved in future planning for upcoming crisis stabilization program.
