Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in developmental disabilities services, incl DSP supervisor or similar leadership.
• 2+ years supervisory/management within developmental disabilities services.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio DODD requirements, residential operations, ISP implementation, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and staff leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with management and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Ability to pass required criminal background checks and meet DODD eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to assigned service locations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations across assigned residential homes and community-based programs.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate DSPs, supervisors, and other staff.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules to maintain coverage and continuity of care.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with each individual’s ISP.
• Monitor service documentation, staff training, and compliance with DODD requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality, home conditions, and safety.
• Coordinate incident reporting, follow-up, and corrective actions.
• Maintain professional communication with individuals served, families, guardians, and service teams.
• Collaborate with management to resolve operational concerns and improve programs.
