Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Social Services related field or commensurate IDD leadership experience.
• Minimum five years professional experience with three years at a senior leadership level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential sites and clients.
• Lead and manage a team of Residential Supervisors/Managers and Direct Support Professionals across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with executive and site leadership to ensure high-quality services.
