Quality Care Residential Homes is seeking a Director of Residential Programs to oversee two group home facilities on the same street. You will coordinate programming, facilities, and staff, supervising Youth Care Workers and acting as a job coach.

Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication with the CEO and community partners are essential. Responsibilities include hiring with HR, supervising staff, ensuring licensing compliance in Ohio, and driving program quality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• LSW license required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation for site visits.
• Healthy and capable of performing tasks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee two group home facilities on the same street.
• Coordinate programming, facilities, and staff oversight.
• Supervise and train Supervising Youth Care Workers and Youth Care Workers.
• Coordinate with HR in hiring and training of staff.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio licensing standards.
• Liaise with CEO/Administrator and community partners.
• Manage daily operations and scheduling.
• Provide performance evaluations in collaboration with supervisors.
