Job summary

Skills of Central PA is seeking a Residential Team Leader to oversee daily staffing and service delivery in Hanover, PA. You will supervise staff, coordinate documentation, reviews, and schedules while delivering person-centered supports in accordance with program needs.

The role requires flexibility, on-call duties, and willingness to train and develop staff; NADSP Frontline Supervisor Certification or CNA offers higher rate.

Qualifications

• Must have 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned staff on a daily basis to ensure quality of service.
• Provide day-to-day living support and care to individuals with disabilities using positive approaches.
• Document monthly/quarterly reviews, monitor Behavior Support Plans, and participate in staff evaluations.
• Schedule staff and conduct time sheets and performance evaluations; participate in on-call duties.
