Job summary

Gateway Hudson Valley seeks a Director of Residential Services to oversee-certified and uncertified programs, ensuring quality and compliance with OMH, OPWDD, Medicaid, HUD, and other regulators. This role leads program development and supports QMHP/QIDP responsibilities as needed.

The incumbent will plan and evaluate residential rehabilitation programs, recruit and supervise staff, manage budgets with the VP, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of OMH, OPWDD, Medicaid, and HUD regulations.
• Experience supervising residential staff and program managers.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and evaluation of residential rehabilitation programs.
• Recruit, coach, and supervise Residential Managers and staff.
• Ensure monthly regulatory documentation and Medicaid billing readiness.
• Manage budgets for residential programs in collaboration with VP Residential Services.
• Represent Residential Services at meetings and coordinate across counties.
