Job summary

Gateway Hudson Valley is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead the assigned residential program, supervise staff, and ensure safe, therapeutic care and compliance with OMH/HUD regulations. The role includes supervising medication administration, coordinating nursing-related care, and managing budgets and billing to support high-quality services.

The position requires 4 years in human services with a HS diploma, 3 years with an Associate, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Human Services field with a HS Diploma.
• 3 years of experience in Human Services field with an Associates Degree.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of individualized service plans for residents.
• Lead monthly house meetings with residents to gather feedback on care quality.
• Manage medication administration and ensure proper documentation for each resident.
