Job summary

NewPath Child & Family Solutions seeks a Director of Residential Services to lead the Residential Intervention Services program and guide the staff toward clinical excellence. You will work with the Executive Team to set goals, policies, and drive performance improvements using outcome data.

The role requires a Master's Degree with independent Ohio licensure and at least five years in senior leadership, including transforming clinical teams and managing residential services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with independent Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, IMFT) or higher.
• Five years of senior leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience transforming clinical staff into a high-functioning team.
• Knowledge of revenue streams including Medicaid managed care and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations and efficacy of the Residential Intervention Services program areas.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team and organizational leadership.
• Set current and long-range goals, plans and policies for program areas.
• Develop and adapt the clinical and business processes of Residential Interventions Services.
• Use outcome data to drive clinical and operational performance improvement to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Implement and monitor compliance with evidence-based practices.
• Ensure staff provide competency-based supervision and services.
