The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a behavioral health field, IL licensure (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT or higher) and CADC preferred, with 5+ years of clinical leadership and 3+ years of

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or related field.
• Licensed in IL as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or higher.
• Certified Addiction/Drug Counselor (CADC) or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for all residential programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Guide clinical model fidelity and workforce development.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain seamless client experience.
• Lead workshops and training for staff and stakeholders.
