The role requires coordinating across teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and occasional weekend/holiday work. Integrated Real Estate Group values quality and service, and offers daily pay options through ZayZoon.

Qualificações

• 2 years experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Experience developing and implementing resident programs.
• Ability to lead and build a cohesive team.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, and implement a resident program meeting community needs and outings.
• Oversee transportation for programs and trips.
• Ensure programming complies with state, federal and other regulations.
• Some weekends and holidays work required.
