Watercrest at Bryan, a brand new resort-style independent living community in the heart of Bryan, Texas, is seeking a Director of Resident Programs to design and oversee engaging resident activities, trips and transportation that meet community goals.

The role requires coordinating across teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and occasional weekend/holiday work. Integrated Real Estate Group values quality and service, and offers daily pay options through ZayZoon.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Director of Resident Programs

The Director of Resident Programs must understand the organization’s goals for program services and strive to meet and exceed these goals. He/she will plan, develop, and implement an exciting resident program to meet individual needs within the community as well as through outside trips and events. This position has oversight of, and coordinates, all transportation. The Director is responsible for ensuring that all programming meets all state, federal and other regulations.

This position will require some weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 2 years experience preferred.


• Good written and oral communication skills.


• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and its applications.


• Be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.


• Experience developing and implementing programs.
