Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• At least one year of experience conducting group activities and supervising others.
• Knowledge of requirements for providing care and supervision to residents.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at 12th grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Develop, run, and maintain a quality activities program that enriches residents’ lives.
• Set the tone of the community’s events and resident engagement.
• Know each resident, their likes and dislikes, and ensure daily engagement and satisfaction through compassionate service.
