Qualifications
- Must hold AR LNHA or RCAL license in good standing.
- Several years of residential elder care experience and relevant education.
- Strong leadership, planning, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage finances and supervise staff to achieve growth and resident satisfaction.
