Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking a Director of Resident Experience - Memory Support at Seascape at Naples in Naples, FL. This full-time role leads the memory care activity program and resident events to enrich quality of life for residents.

You will oversee all resident activities, coordinate monthly calendars, arrange entertainment, manage budgets, and collaborate with the management company to meet residents' needs while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Strong coordination of resident activities within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and plan activities with new move-ins.
• Develop monthly activity calendar and promote participation.
• Coordinate and execute daily activities within budget.
• Arrange entertainment within budget and manage supplies.
• Staff transportation for activities and outings.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Foster teamwork and positive impact on residents.
