The Director will lead program development, supervise caregiving teams, and collaborate with families and state officials to maintain excellence in memory care.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2–3 years or more in the care of senior adults with cognitive decline preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias.
• Ability to work within a Memory Care program goals and policies.
• Supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong documentation skills and staff training experience.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, staff, and state officials.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident care and activity needs in Memory Care.
• Manage the overall operation of the Memory Care Neighborhood.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Meridian policies.
• Foster resident socialization and safety.
• Maintain an environment conducive to residents’ welfare.
• Coordinate with families, staff, and state officials.
• Provide training and staff development.
