Job summary

Distinctive Living in Naples, FL is seeking a Director of Resident Experience - Memory Support (Full-Time) for Seascape at Naples. This leadership role focuses on enriching daily life for residents, especially those in memory care, through engaging programs and community partnerships.

You will assess resident interests, coordinate monthly calendars, arrange in-house and outside activities, manage budgets, supervise staff, and ensure safe transportation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; higher education preferred.
• Strong management experience and ability to supervise staff.
• Minimum of three years in assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interests at move-in and ongoing to tailor activities.
• Create monthly activity calendars and coordinate in-building events.
• Arrange entertainment within budget and promote resident participation.
• Plan quarterly events that support marketing with the Community Relations Director.
• Provide staff transportation for activities and coordinate outings and medical trips.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage workplace safety communications.
• Foster teamwork and positive impact on residents and staff.
