Brownsburg Meadows, part of American Senior Communities, seeks a Director of Nursing Services to lead clinical operations and nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident care in a senior living setting.

The role requires an Indiana RN license and at least three years in geriatric care, plus one year in departmental management. You will drive regulatory compliance, mentor nursing teams, and model C.A.R.E. values while coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Indiana (Current and valid)
• 3+ years clinical geriatric care experience
• 1+ year as a departmental manager in skilled nursing
• Demonstrates commitment to geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Adheres to C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, families and staff
