Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing residential operations or highly personalized guest services.
• Experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private owners, or similarly discerning clientele.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and professional judgment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing service teams.
• Strong operational, organizational, and financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of residential services and daily operations.
