Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead rehabilitation services across the region, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. You will coordinate day-to-day operations with the VP of Rehabilitation Services to deliver cost-effective, high-quality programs.

The role requires a graduate from an approved OT/PT/SLP program, active licensure, at least five years of clinical experience, and several years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of OT/SLP/PT with a Bachelor Degree.
• Currently licensed in OT/PT/SLP.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
• At least two to three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation operations within the assigned region.
• Ensure service and operational excellence to meet quality outcomes.
• Mentor Directors of Rehab to ensure consistency of rehab services.
• Provide coverage planning for therapy services across facilities within the region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans; forecast staffing, budgets, and program needs.
