Job summary

Sweetwater Care in California seeks a Senior Director of Rehabilitation to oversee day-to-day Rehabilitation Services across the region, directing cost-effective, high-quality therapy programs including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy.

You will lead clinical staff, mentor Directors of Rehab, ensure facility coverage, align service delivery with strategic goals, and drive patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance throughout the network.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical experience in rehabilitation (OT/PT/ST).
• Must have leadership experience leading rehabilitation teams.
• Must be licensed in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree from an approved program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day rehabilitation service operations within assigned region.
• Mentor and trains Directors of Rehab to ensure consistency of quality rehab services across the region.
• Provide adequate coverage of therapy services in all facilities in the region.
• Plan, organize and direct operational activities of Rehabilitation Services; implement system-wide strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manages annual budgets for the areas of responsibility and perform cost analyses.
• Develops and maintains staffing plans based on volumes and acuity.
