What You’ll Do:
As the on-site leader of a single-location therapy team, your focus will span clinical oversight, team mentorship, and day-to-day operations — all while keeping patients and therapists at the heart of your work.
Lead a Multidisciplinary Team – Oversee PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants to deliver top-tier therapy services.
Uphold Quality & Compliance – Ensure care is clinically sound, evidence-based, and aligned with all regulatory standards.
Foster Growth – Mentor therapists and assistants, providing opportunities for skill-building and leadership development.
Collaborate Cross-Discipline – Promote team synergy through integrated care planning and communication.
Manage Resources Wisely – Optimize staffing, schedules, and therapy resources for the best outcomes.
What You'll Need:
Current license as a PT, OT, COTA, PTA or SLP
Proven leadership or management experience in a rehab setting
Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skills
Passion for improving lives through innovative care
