Assistant Director of Rehab / COTA - The Phoenix

Join our team as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation / COTA at Flagship Therapy in Texas City, TX. We offer a comprehensive DOR in Training program, combining management training (20%) with patient care responsibilities (80%). This role provides hands-on management experience under top leadership, preparing you to become a Rehab Director within our organization.
