We are seeking a Housing Rehab Specialist responsible for working with the Climate Resilience Team to manage the rehabilitation of single-family homes. The role involves ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with regulations. The specialist will interact with homeowners, contractors, volunteers, and stakeholders throughout the process, from assessment to project completion. Responsibilities include guiding homeowners, project management, site visits, energy audits, regulatory compliance, documentation, and community outreach.
This position is preferably located in or near Curry County, Oregon, and can be remote or based out of our North Bend, Oregon satellite office.
Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, inspect roofs, attics, and under homes, handle tools, and drive to sites. The role includes construction site work, office activities, and volunteer supervision, often in inclement weather. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
