The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking a senior software leader to direct a high-caliber team building core components for the Renaissance Risk Platform in Dallas. You will architect and implement low-latency real-time data pipelines using Kafka and Flink while guiding design decisions, performance profiling, and scalable risk models.

Lead cloud migrations with AWS, CI/CD (Jenkins, Harness), and Docker, and implement end-to-end observability with Splunk and AppDynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field and 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing low-latency, fault-tolerant data pipelines with Kafka and Flink.
• Experience leading architecture and cloud migration with AWS, Jenkins, Harness, and Docker.
• Experience implementing observability with Splunk and AppDynamics.

Responsabilités

• Direct a diversely skilled team of software engineers on Renaissance Risk Platform.
• Design and deliver low-latency data pipelines using Kafka and Flink.
• Lead architecture of enterprise risk processing with Java, Spring Boot, Flink.
• Execute large-scale cloud migrations with AWS, Jenkins, Harness, Docker.
• Establish production observability with Splunk and AppDynamics.
