• 10+ years in senior business development, offering strategy, product leadership, or GTM roles, ideally within Quantum sensing and/or Space Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Quantum business development across Europe and North America, identifying high-impact opportunities and partnerships.
• Translate customer priorities into scalable, differentiated solutions and long-term partnerships.
• Drive net-new customer acquisition and market penetration with targeted strategies and playbooks for priority accounts.
• Own deal-shaping strategies including pricing frameworks and partnership models to maximize margin.
• Oversee geographic expansion and feasibility assessments across key regions.
• Guide NPD/NPI activities and lifecycle management with product, engineering, and R&D teams.
