Job summary

KPMG LLP's Advisory Services seeks a Director, Post-Quantum Cryptography to lead strategy and execution across go-to-market, client engagements with CISOs and CIOs, and market leadership in quantum security.

You will build a high-performance delivery team, oversee P&L, develop thought leadership, and mentor colleagues while shaping scalable service models and partnerships with top technology vendors.

Qualifications

• ≥8 years of recent experience with PQC standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) at enterprise level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for quantum security offerings and build executive relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead and scale a high-performance delivery team, oversee financial performance, margins, and P&L accountability.
• Develop thought leadership (whitepapers, talks) to establish KPMG as a quantum security market leader.
• Launch scalable service models tailored to quantum security domains and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Attract and mentor specialized technical talent and support succession planning.
