Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC seeks a senior leader to build and direct its Post-Quantum Cryptography advisory practice from the ground up, defining services and go-to-market strategy. You will manage the practice's P&L, hit revenue, utilization, and margin KPIs, and recruit, mentor, and develop a team of PQC consultants.

You will partner with CISOs and enterprise security architects to advance quantum-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead GuidePoint's PQC advisory practice from the ground up.
• Define services and go-to-market strategy.
• Manage the practice's P&L and KPIs (revenue, utilization, margin).
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of PQC consultants.
• Oversee client engagements and pre-sales activities including SOW scoping.
