Job summary

Core4ce seeks a Quantum Cryptography Policy, Strategy, and Migration SME to help lead DoW post-quantum cryptography initiatives. You will shape inventories, policy, migration plans, and enterprise adoption across devices, networks, and embedded systems, advising senior government leadership.

The role emphasizes governance, risk assessment, and collaboration with DIU, NSA, NIST, and DISA to drive secure quantum-resistant solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance required.
• Ph.D. or Master’s with extensive cryptography experience.
• Experience leading enterprise cryptographic programs and policy/guidance development.
• Expert knowledge of classical and post-quantum cryptography, PKI, and cipher suites.
• Ability translate cryptographic concepts into policy and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop DoW-wide methodology for cryptographic inventories across devices, networks and embedded systems.
• Draft PQC policies, governance frameworks, and migration roadmaps aligned with standards.
• Assess migration risks, interoperability, and operational impacts.
• Provide executive briefings and technical reports for government leadership.
• Collaborate with DIU, DISA, NSA, NIST and other stakeholders on PQC adoption.
• Develop migration scenarios and implementation-plan mappings for crypto transitions.
• Advise on enterprise deployment and risk-management considerations.
