Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Commercial Post Quantum Cryptography Director to establish and grow our PQC practice for Commercial customers. You will define the team’s direction, standards, and service offerings, guiding projects from assessment through deployment.

You will lead PQC pilots, hire and inspire teams of experts, and work across product, IT, networking, and security to ensure architectures are quantum resistant. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams in PQC/cryptography.
• 5+ years with infrastructure component design/management (hardware or software).
• Experience presenting recommendations and roadmaps to executives.
• Experience developing interoperability of quantum-resistant algorithms.
• Experience leading large-scale software/hardware deployments.
• Knowledge of quantum-safe technologies, timelines, and standards (NIST).
• Knowledge of EU cyber regulations and PQC recommendations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow Booz Allen’s PQC practice; define direction, standards, and services.
• Lead PQC pilots and migrate tools to quantum-resistant solutions.
• Educate client executives and engineering teams on PQC best practices.
• Collaborate across products, IT, networking, and security to embed PQC.
