Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance in the United States to lead the QMS, drive process improvements, and manage CAR/CAPA programs. You will oversee audits, budget, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA leadership within manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with QA software. Relocation assistance and a competitive package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of QA leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven CAR, CAPA, Quality Control, and Process Improvement experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies and regulations.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with QA software and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Quality Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the QA budget for cost-effective resource use.
• Keep abreast of latest QA best practices and regulations and integrate them where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Certification in Quality Management or a related field is preferred.
