Jobot is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team, focusing on quality across manufacturing and engineering operations. This role ensures compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines while driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years in quality roles (automotive preferred), strong SPC skills, QMS familiarity, and supplier quality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) required.
• Experience working in supplier quality or managing supplier performance.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
